Project Description

Over than past three years, we have been meeting with community leaders and Mendocino County Citizens to design a project and specific plan that everyone can be proud of and enjoy. We believe we have listened to what the community has asked for, a plan that can include light industrial, multiple retail stores, restaurants, and live-work residential. The project will create more than 700 jobs at various wage levels and give Mendocino County residents the opportunity to shop locally while keeping our sales tax revenue here in our County.
